Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer supports and improves manufacturing processes for Class 3 printed circuit board assembly in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume environment. This hands-on role serves as a technical leader across SMT, through-hole, mechanical assembly, test, and inspection operations, ensuring products are built efficiently and in compliance with aerospace and defense standards. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements from concept through implementation.
