The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist serves as the technical authority for manufacturing process design, readiness, and performance across product and process families. This role is responsible for manufacturing system strategy, leading capital investments, driving continuous improvements in quality and delivery, and ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are met. The successful candidate will support manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and major product changes while leading process improvements, technical investigations, and strategic engineering projects.
