Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement through SOP knowledge and technical methods
• Serve as lead for troubleshooting complex equipment issues
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate tasks when needed
• Identify and implement laboratory enhancements for efficiency and accuracy
• Manufacture complex items with consistent accuracy and quality
• Ensure completion of production schedules through effective planning and prioritization
• Maintain expert knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Perform quality assurance tasks including SOP revisions and RMS documentation
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills to daily operations
• Collaborate on high-impact projects and lead projects of moderate complexity
