Senior Mate

This role involves ensuring the safe operation of USCG inspected vessels, including powerboats and sailboats, while providing a luxury, guest-centric experience. The position requires managing pre-trip preparations, post-trip cleaning, and routine maintenance to maintain high operational standards. The individual will also supervise in-water and topside snorkel activities and assist with other assigned duties.
