About this role

The Senior Materials Engineer will provide technical oversight and quality assurance for materials, mix designs, and testing activities across road construction and rehabilitation projects within the RCRC Roads Program. The role involves reviewing and approving material submittals, overseeing supplier qualifications, standardizing testing protocols, and coordinating reporting and risk management with the PMO and stakeholders.
