Senior MEAL Officer

The Senior MEAL Officer ensures quality data and evidence support adaptive management, donor reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role leads the development of the project's results framework, monitoring plans, and accountability mechanisms while collaborating with partners to strengthen evidence generation and organizational learning. The position requires designing MEAL systems, overseeing data collection and analysis, and facilitating learning and capacity-building activities. The officer also implements feedback mechanisms and produces reports to promote evidence-based decision-making across the project.
