The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Test Equipment will design and develop hydraulic, electro‑hydraulic, electro‑mechanical, servo‑mechanism, and electro‑pneumatic components and systems used to test Moog's products for military, commercial, and space applications. The role involves creating new test equipment, integrating components into test systems, and supporting assembly and testing activities while ensuring performance, cost, and schedule goals are met.

Responsibilities

Design hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for test systems
Develop new test equipment to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals
Integrate hydraulic components into higher‑level test systems
Mentor junior engineers and guide assembly technicians
Conduct specialized research and document designs and test results
