Senior Mechanical Engineer – Ground Systems, MGSE

The Senior Mechanical Engineer – Ground Systems (MGSE) at Apex is responsible for designing and building mechanical ground support equipment essential for spacecraft integration, testing, and launch. This role involves creating 3D CAD designs, conducting structural analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable ground support systems are in place. The engineer will also support assembly and testing campaigns, develop documentation packages, and refine operational procedures within cleanroom environments. Strong experience with mechanical design principles and familiarity with aerospace hardware are key requirements.
