The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the mechanical design and integration of quantum computing systems, from initial requirements through to manufacturing and assembly. This role involves collaborating with scientists and engineers to develop hardware infrastructure, including cryostats, vacuum chambers, and cooling systems. Responsibilities

Produce 3D designs of system assemblies and infrastructure with detailed 2D drawings
Mechanically integrate multiple sub systems into one complete system driving overall layout
Design systems for vacuum pump down gas handling and coolant management lines
