(Senior) Medical Director, Italy

The (Senior) Medical Director, Italy is the country-level medical lead for Rett syndrome responsible for designing and delivering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch medical strategy for Acadia’s first commercial product in Italy. This role will act as the primary medical interface to Italian HCPs, KOLs, and patient advocacy groups while building medical presence, governance, and evidence generation in a lean, high-ambiguity environment. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure compliant, locally relevant implementation of the regional medical strategy.
