About this role
The Country Medical Director will lead medical affairs oversight and governance for an assigned country cluster, designing and implementing medical strategies to support marketed products and those in development. Reporting to the VP Medical Affairs Europe, the role is a member of the European Medical Affairs and Italian Leadership Teams and focuses on oncology therapeutic areas. The position represents the company externally, supports lifecycle management, and ensures alignment between local and global medical activities.
