About this role
The Senior Medical Director, Psychiatry will lead the growth and clinical excellence of a new psychiatry program within an integrated behavioral health model, shaping clinical oversight strategy and guiding quality initiatives. This physician leadership role partners across operations, product, and executive teams to scale care, foster partnerships, and represent the program externally. The position begins as a part-time (20 hours/week) hourly role with potential to transition to full-time.
