Senior Meeting Planner

The Senior Meeting Planner oversees strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of ACS meetings across face‑to‑face, virtual, and hybrid formats. The role partners with internal stakeholders, volunteer leadership, and external vendors to manage venue negotiations, budgets, and all operational aspects of assigned meetings, ensuring high‑quality experiences for attendees.
