Senior Meeting Planner/Event Facilitator

The Senior Meeting Planner/Event Facilitator will plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and conferences for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration, managing logistics, vendor services, registration, audiovisual support, and post‑event documentation. This remote role requires occasional in‑person participation in the Washington, D.C. area and is contingent on contract award.
