Senior MEP Estimator

The Senior MEP Estimator leads the preparation and coordination of detailed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection estimates for assigned projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with design and project goals. This role integrates design, constructability, and cost perspectives to optimize systems and serves as a technical resource to project teams. The position involves collaborating with preconstruction, design, and operations leaders to support decision-making, value analysis, and risk mitigation throughout the preconstruction phase.
