Senior MEP Superintendent

This role involves the supervision and coordination of scheduling and installation for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across multiple projects. The incumbent will recruit, train, and manage Mechanical/Electrical Superintendents while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, schedules, and safety regulations. Key duties include reviewing shop drawings, managing subcontractor budgets, facilitating VDC processes, and overseeing job close-out procedures.
