Senior Merchandising Leader

This role provides senior leadership for a progressively broad merchandising scope, leading teams of merchants to build customer-focused assortments that drive sales, margin, and category growth. The position sets strategic direction across buying, product selection, pricing, and vendor partnerships while advancing process improvements and cross-functional alignment. It is a hybrid role reporting to the support center in Plano, Texas.
