Senior MES Data Engineer (Smart Factory)

The MES Data Engineer plays a critical role in advancing Emerson's Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing strategy by developing the connected data ecosystem that transforms manufacturing events into trusted, actionable business insights. This role serves as a technical expert in manufacturing data engineering, enabling the seamless integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), enterprise applications, industrial equipment, and analytics platforms through scalable, reliable, and secure data solutions. Working closely with global manufacturing sites, IT, engineering, quality, and external technology partners, the MES Data Engineer ensures the availability, integrity, and accessibility of manufacturing data that supports production traceability, operational excellence, performance optimization, predictive analytics, and future AI-enabled capabilities.
