About this role

The Senior Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Engineer will take technical ownership of a Microsoft 365 tenant and identity environment in Hanoi, serving as the lead technical point of contact for DXC. This role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the configured environment while resolving complex identity and security issues. The engineer will collaborate with project stakeholders, international colleagues, and implementation partners to ensure operational knowledge retention and provide technical guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day technical support and maintenance of Microsoft 365 tenant and identity environment
Administer and troubleshoot identity access configurations including user provisioning and role-based access control
Support Exchange Online operations and Microsoft Defender security configurations
