Senior ML Ops Engineer

As the first dedicated owner of Confido's ML platform, you will build and maintain the end-to-end infrastructure for training, inference, and agentic workloads serving hundreds of thousands of documents. You will establish cloud foundations using Infrastructure as Code, optimize heavy LLM/VLM workloads for cost and latency, and create reproducible environments that enable the AI/ML team to rapidly prototype and deploy models. This role requires deep expertise in productionizing AI systems, managing distributed data pipelines, and ensuring reliability and security across the platform.
