Senior ML/AI Engineer, Advanced Analytics & Modelling - Customer Intelligence Platforms

This role involves taking end-to-end ownership of a strategic customer intelligence platform that leverages machine learning, generative AI, and large-scale transaction data to identify customer shopping missions and behavioral patterns. The successful candidate will lead the transition of a third-party-developed engine into a fully owned capability, mastering existing code, models, and data pipelines while operating and improving the production engine. The position requires building rigorous ML and GenAI evaluation frameworks, implementing production controls, and establishing strong software engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps practices. The role also involves supporting enterprise use cases, improving platform accuracy and scalability, and refactoring or rebuilding components to meet long-term needs.
