About this role

The Senior Model Based Systems Engineer serves as a subject matter expert in Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) simulation environments, leading the design, development, and integration of complex simulation tools for large-scale military exercises. This role involves providing technical direction to development teams while managing the full simulation lifecycle, from requirements analysis to Verification, Validation, and Accreditation. The position is central to creating realistic virtual battlefields that support training, analysis, and system validation for joint and coalition operations.

Responsibilities

Lead design and integration of complex simulation tools for large-scale exercises
Provide technical direction and supervision to specialized development teams
Create and present strategic roadmaps for simulation architecture
Manage full M&S lifecycle from requirements analysis to VV&A
Ensure seamless interoperability between disparate simulation and C4I systems
