About this role

Radiance Technologies seeks a Senior M&S Architect and AFSIM SME to design mission-level scenarios, develop and debug simulation frameworks, and train others within the AFSIM environment. The role focuses on supporting regression testing, validating fixes, and maintaining architectures that support complex defense training and analysis needs.

Responsibilities

Create mission level AFSIM scenarios and core framework extensions
Design and maintain M&S architectures for training and analysis
Support regression testing of new simulation features
Validate fixes against DR/CR tickets
Train others in the AFSIM framework
