The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor provides senior technical leadership for MEL activities of the STRIDES Activity in Nepal, ensuring program data support evidence-based decision-making and accountability. The role represents the project with government and multisectoral partners and contributes to country-level surveillance, research reporting, and learning. This in-country position focuses on strengthening MEL systems and institutional capacity.
