Senior Network and Security Engineer

This role involves troubleshooting complex networking and security technologies from various OEMs, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet, while providing systems administration training to clients. The position requires strong expertise in Layer 2 & 3 networking, cloud and virtualization technologies, and automation tools to resolve escalated technical problems efficiently. The engineer will collaborate with account managers to identify new opportunities and continuously improve service delivery operations.
