About this role

HPE is seeking a Senior Technical Escalation Engineer to support mission-critical Federal customer environments leveraging Juniper Enterprise and Data Center networking solutions. In this highly visible role, you will lead the resolution of complex customer issues, drive root cause analysis, and serve as the senior technical authority during critical outages and executive-level escalations. This position is focused on supporting Juniper Enterprise and Data Center Switching technologies, primarily EX and QFX platforms, within highly secure Federal and Intelligence Community environments.

Responsibilities

Lead resolution of high-priority and executive-level customer escalations
Drive troubleshooting efforts during Severity 1 incidents and production outages
Perform advanced root cause analysis across networking, software, and hardware domains
