Senior Network & Telecoms Support Analyst

Senior Network and Telecoms Support Analyst responsible for leading the design, implementation and support of enterprise networks and voice systems for Ebury’s São Paulo office and regional estate. The role acts as the technical escalation point for complex outages and telephony issues, drives infrastructure and migration projects, and provides mentorship to junior team members. It requires out-of-hours availability for maintenance and willingness to travel globally to other Ebury offices. The position operates in a hybrid model with close collaboration across global teams.
