Senior NPI and Manufacturing Engineer will lead development of the pilot-scale manufacturing line for an AI-driven ophthalmic surgical robot, helping transition the company from R&D to regulated pilot production. The role focuses on establishing controlled-environment assembly, process validation, manufacturing documentation, and supplier qualification while supporting design transfer and clinical verification. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced startup, collaborating closely with R&D, quality, and clinical teams to enable scalable, compliant production.
