Senior Occupancy Planner

As a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, you will support client occupancy strategies and space management within corporate workplace programs and real estate frameworks. Acting as a single point of contact for your AMER area portfolio, you will drive integration with relocation, project, and facilities management while validating headcount projections and optimizing space utilization. You will develop rolling three-year occupancy scenarios, track metrics, and coordinate organizational migration plans to align with long-term strategy.
