Senior OCM Consultant

As a Senior OCM Consultant, you will own the change management workstream on complex client engagements, leading strategies, plans, and interventions that drive real adoption and help people move through change successfully. This senior practitioner role involves working directly with executives and senior leaders to coach them on sponsorship roles while designing and executing stakeholder engagement, communications, and training frameworks. You will serve as a subject matter authority within the community of practice, developing colleagues and contributing to methodologies that define how the organization delivers OCM.
