The Senior Operations Analyst on MLB’s Baseball Data Platform team ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of play-by-play and Statcast data to support internal teams, clubs, and broadcast partners. The role partners with software engineers, data scientists, and external data providers to surface insights and drive continuous improvement of data and operational processes. The analyst also serves as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and contributes to operational readiness and incident response across the platform.
