Senior Operations and Finance Manager, Ube-GOLD Program

The Senior Operations and Finance Manager supports the Chief of Party in managing the Ube-GOLD program's financial, contractual, administrative, and operational systems in compliance with USDA and local requirements. The role oversees budgeting, financial monitoring, accounting, procurement, human resources, and subaward management while ensuring sound internal controls and efficient resource use. This position also handles general country operations in the Philippines, including stakeholder interaction and local staff management.
