Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager serves as the senior operational leader for the Southwark Voids Service, responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and delivery of the entire voids operation. This role creates dedicated operational leadership capacity, enabling the Interim Voids Business Development Lead to focus on strategic planning and transformation while ensuring vacant properties are returned to a safe, compliant, and lettable condition as quickly as possible. The position drives pace, accountability, and productivity across operational teams and contractors to reduce turnaround times and protect rental income.
