The Senior Operations Officer serves as the principal operational lead for the Portfolio Management and Wealth Management team, bridging front-office and back-office functions to ensure seamless end-to-end execution. The role is accountable for upholding operational controls, ensuring regulatory adherence, and maintaining exceptional service levels while resolving client inquiries. Key duties include managing client onboarding, reconciling holdings, overseeing REPO activities, and discharging paying agent and registrar functions.
