About this role
Senior Operator responsible for leading a production team (6–15 operators) on day shift at a global Animal Health manufacturing site. The role is central to the start-up of a new production facility, working closely with engineering, quality and operations to ensure systems and processes are ready. The position supports continuous improvement and operational readiness across the factory.
