About this role

Hitachi High-Tech America is hiring a Senior or Senior Staff Software Engineer within its Metrology and Analysis Systems Division to develop and maintain software and systems for company products. The role is based in Hillsboro, Oregon with a hybrid schedule (approximately 70% remote / 30% onsite) and includes up to 30% domestic and international travel.
