This role focuses on driving growth for Piedmont's Lung Transplant Program through targeted outreach, provider engagement, and strategic relationship development to increase referrals. The position supports the assigned Senior Outreach Consultant and Outreach Manager in executing physician outreach activities and managing referral development efforts. It involves tracking referral trends, strengthening relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal partners to align with organizational goals.
