Senior Pastor

The Senior Pastor provides spiritual and organizational leadership to a multi-generational, bilingual congregation, guiding the church toward its vision for spiritual maturity, discipleship, and community engagement. This role involves fostering a culture of discipleship, equipping believers to serve and lead, and strengthening the church's presence within the broader community. The position requires managing conflict biblically, recruiting and mentoring lay leaders, and ministering to families.
