Senior Patient Access Representative

The Senior Patient Access Representative assists patients during the registration process for both scheduled and unscheduled visits under the direction of the PAS manager. This role involves collecting accurate demographic and insurance information, obtaining prior authorizations, and completing financial clearance and patient liability collection before or at the time of service. The position requires a clear understanding of all Patient Access functions to ensure efficient and accurate patient registration.
