Senior Payroll Analyst

This role involves the complete processing of payroll for Argentina-based clients, including handling advances, bi-weekly and monthly payments, vacation entitlements, labor rights, taxes, and terminations. The position requires sending and validating events such as establishments and rubrics, as well as monitoring periodic and non-periodic events like leaves, dismissals, and admissions. The analyst is responsible for organizing daily tasks and executing the monthly calendar and process checklists.
