About this role

The Senior Payroll Specialist (EMEA) at Roku will execute and oversee end-to-end payroll processes for multiple European and select international entities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. The role partners closely with HR business partners, Finance, and external payroll vendors, supports audits and year-end reporting, and drives continuous improvement across regional payroll operations. This is an on-site role based in Cambridge with a hybrid work schedule.
