The Senior Payroll Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on the Global Payroll team, owning payroll operations across LATAM with a focus on Brazil and Mexico. This role partners with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while managing statutory obligations and employee lifecycle processes. The position requires deep knowledge of Brazilian labor law and payroll systems to drive efficiency and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil and Mexico including statutory calculations and payments
Serve as subject matter expert on LATAM payroll compliance and resolve complex payroll issues
Reconcile payroll data and support monthly and annual accounting close processes
