Senior Payroll Specialist

The Senior Payroll Specialist ensures the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for over 1,400 employees, including faculty, staff, and students. This role involves maintaining payroll control records, calculating payrolls in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and utilizing the in-house Paycom system. The position requires managing payroll operations, compiling statistics, and resolving payroll-related discrepancies and inquiries.
