Senior Payroll Specialist

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of the University’s payroll function, independently managing the full payroll cycle from timekeeping review to year-end processing. This role serves as the primary payroll subject-matter resource, collaborating with Human Resources, Finance, and employees to resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position supports continuous improvement of payroll systems and provides reliable, discreet support to ensure every employee receives accurate and timely pay.
