Senior Payroll Staff Accountant

The Senior Payroll Staff Accountant supports the accurate and timely processing, review, and reconciliation of payroll-related transactions across a multi-state organization. This role involves preparing and posting payroll journal entries, reconciling payroll registers and general ledger accounts, and analyzing payroll expense activity to ensure financial integrity. The position requires collaboration with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to maintain compliance and support month-end close activities.
