About this role

The Senior P&C Engineer will design and review Control and Protection systems for large-scale electrical energy projects, including substation, hydroelectric, and renewable energy initiatives. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed designs, perform protection coordination studies, and supervise project deliverables. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects while advancing skills within a dynamic and innovative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Design and review Control and Protection systems for utility and industry projects
Supervise development of AC and DC power systems including load calculations and distribution diagrams
Perform protection coordination studies, relay settings, and logic files for substation projects

Skills

Qualifications

University Degree in Electrical engineeringRegistered (or eligible to register as) member of Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EBGC) or that of a recognized Professional Engineering Association in Canada
