The Senior People Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business unit leadership, driving people and organization initiatives and leading projects focused on organizational development and change. You will partner closely with people managers to implement frameworks and solutions that support scaling, performance and workforce planning during a period of transformation. The role sits within the People & Relations team and reports to the VP People & Relations, contributing to shaping the future of work across collaborating entities.
