About this role

The Senior People Operations Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert and strategic owner of HR systems, responsible for administration, configuration, integrations, reporting, data governance, and ongoing optimization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable HR technology and workforce insights, lead system implementations, and ensure data integrity and security. The position requires strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with deep functional knowledge of HR processes and technology, particularly UKG Pro.

Responsibilities

Own HRIS enhancements, configurations, upgrades, and integrations across the HR technology stack
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support People Team and leadership needs
Lead preparation and submission of federal and state EEO reports and support internal and external audits
