Senior People Partner

The Senior People Partner will help build and scale the People infrastructure for a fast-growing, distributed team, partnering with the Director of People to inform strategy and manage day-to-day operations. This role leverages AI to reimagine People Operations, manages the global employee lifecycle, and ensures compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires a strategic thinker who can optimize HR processes, drive employee engagement, and support a high-performing culture.
