Senior People Partner

The Senior People Partner serves as the primary HR business partner for the Installs division, supporting approximately 100 field-based and office-based employees across Cornwall, Kent, and London. This autonomous role involves partnering with division leadership to build localized people plans, manage end-to-end employee relations, and drive retention and workforce planning for a dispersed, entrepreneurial workforce. The position requires bridging the gap between Group-level frameworks and local operational realities while contributing to the Senior Management team.
